can request for a refund from the Transaction History section of our App.

the purchase date. Include your order details, proof of purchase, and a
description of the issue.
- Investigation: Our support team will
investigate the issue to determine if the service was indeed not received.
- Refund
Approval: If
your request is approved, we will process your refund within 60 days to
the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 60 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund
to reflect in your account.
